Having a clear understanding of a project’s goals and priorities are paramount for success.

This enables your Pod to effectively execute long-term and short-term plans to achieve desired outcomes. Planning and prioritization is based on expected team productivity during a time period, not arbitrary deadlines.

Pods consist of one or more of the following resources - Project Manager, Architect, and Engineer/Developer.

Training, Maintenance & Support

Depending on the project scope, Training may parallel the development cycle or be the project capstone.

We architect and engineer our solutions to be self-service in nature, but if ongoing Maintenance & Support is required, we can work with you as needed.
